My DEXA scan scores improved on estradiol patches. You wouldn't need progesterone since you no longer have a uterus. Look up Dr. Barbara Taylor (Menopause Taylor) on YouTube. She has hundreds of videos about HRT.

hormones are so confusing. I'm 74, had a partial hyst. 40 yrs ago, so no uterus. But a couple yrs ago, I started using just a drop of progesterone cream to help me sleep. And it does! So IDK about advice saying prog.is not needed.
