That can be really hard because you certainly can’t take hormones anymore. First line treatment is Ssri and ssni which it sounds like your doc is doing. It takes time to build up to the max dose and if it doesn’t work you have to start all over with a different one. Don’t lose hope and keep on trying them until you have exhausted them all. There may be adjunctive meds or herbal remedies others can point to, just make sure they don’t contain estrogen or progesterone. Another thought is to have a full thyroid panel (TSH, free T4 and free T3) just to be sure you don’t have 2 things going on making things worse

Hi
Thank you for responding yes I have had a thyroid panel and it's fine I was on 5-HTP prior to going off hormones which really helped me a lot but once I went off the hormones I wasn't getting any relief I'm going back to my naturopath this week to get tested to see if this Zoloft agrees with me or not

My oncologist put me on
Vaginal estrogen because I was getting so many UTIs since being taken off of my hormones which has helped quite a bit plus I take a supplement. Uriexo it has cranberry and d-mannose which helps a lot. I have been in counseling also because I had a lot of trauma during my treatment and cancer lost two family members had to put my mom in a nursing home my best friend died of cancer and another friend took her life so it's been a pretty rough year and a half.
