thank you. I dont take the brace off at all as I am afraid of reinjuring myself.
I know that my sciatica nerve was messed with surgery and possibly before but the pain is getting better every day.i hope it continued. the month before my surgery was horrible the pain was horrific. I actually walked straightened leg the whole time and even did stairs. I dont know how but I made it to surgery. It feels alittle weird now that that pain has subsided. This nerve pain is not half as bad as the before surgery pain.
