One of the things I do at bedtime is some yoga poses. Since I started I don’t use neuropathy creams or lidocaine or any of that.

One of the most powerful one is to lie on my back and put my feet up to the wall for about 3 to 5 minutes. This not only relieves the edema pressure but I have no neuropathy discomfort throughout the night. It works for me.

I have diabetic neuropathy and have had it for decades. I’m 81.
Years ago in Texas Dr Boa Thai used a low level laser system and it worked. There were about 12 weeks of treatments and Dr Thai guaranteed me at least 50% improvement. After the treatments I told the doctor it felt more like 65%. The main issue I had was it was too expensive for our budget. If I were a rich man I would do it once a year. It lasted for more than six months. He’s in Dallas Texas you can find him on Google.
