Here is a clip on aquablation and its risk of causing incontinence. There is less than a 1 percent chance. They map sensitive areas such as the bladder neck. The procedure may have caused irritations that could continue to improve. Good luck!

Thanks for this info. It’s certainly improving, now only an issue at night while sleeping, and then it’s not noticeably wet on my underwear, but a more subtle dampness- more akin to a light sweat. And it’s still improving, so I’m confident of eliminating the incontinence.
