I have had the same thing for 20 years. Got tested for a bunch of stuff. Finally was diagnosed by my Neurologist having BFS (Benign fasciculation syndrome). About 4 years ago I developed idiopathic peripheral neuropathy in my feet. I’m sure they are related. Get an EMG done for peace of mind. Anything serious would present clinical weakness. Twitching alone by itself as you describe is annoying, but typically benign. I hope you feel better soon.

It’s more than annoying, because it’s a new symptom and is making me nervous. Sometime the twitch is over a larger area and other times not.

Have you ever had a twitch where your whole hand (s) move? I’m also getting it in my bladder.
