I have symptoms identical to this. I have been diagnosed with functional neurological disorder. Mine started after a stupid foot procedure. I have muscle twitches all over my body, especially when I lay down. I have right sided weakness in my leg and foot. My legs sometimes feel like jello underneath me. I also have poor balance on my right side and an altered gait at times. These are the symptoms I had when I was diagnosed.

Since then, I have also developed hand and arm tremor, abnormal trunk movement, speech issues and more. It’s the gift that keeps on giving.

I would definitely request a neuro consult. Certainly not saying this is what you have. But the symptoms sound similar. I had a brain and spine MRI that were normal. The neurologist did several movement tests. Treatment is lots of different therapies.
