I was just diagnosed with this. I have a history of stomach ulcers. I have found that staying away from fatty, greasy foods helps. I do not drink alcohol or caffeine or carbonation. I eat very bland things like yogurt, applesauce, fresh fruits, and vegetables, and lots of homemade smoothies
