L-glutathione.

This is the list of anti inflammatory supplement I had tried, not always at the same time. They all worked more and less: Quercetin; Bromelain; nattokinass; Melatonin; Vitamin D3+K2; Turmeric with black pepper; Lemon balm tea. I am currently taking last four item on the list. I found taking lemon balm tea before bed time help sleep, also greatly reduce stiffness in the morning.
