@jantine69 The walking group is still walking! It’s all virtual, so you can do whatever you want.
You might even try the exercise video in the above comment. There is also a link to the Mayo Clinic walking program that will help you get started.
And @jakedduck1 will have a great selections of cookies for you when you finish!
