I first started with Benlysta injections and then started Iv Benlysta. I’ve been on this a couple of years. I’ve found it does help. I have similar symptoms as you do. I also have sjogrens with severe Polyneuropathy and sensory ganglionopathy. I have lupus and raynaud also. I have had good results with Benlysta. It is worth a try but definitely your decision.
