So the instructions on my nabulizer say to clean in soapy water. The nurse said not to boil it. Andi t also has a hose. How do you sterilize the hose? Do all nabulizers have a hose that connects the air compressor to the nabulizer?

The tubing or hose should never be boiled or cleaned. Some people replace them regularly, like every few months. After use the compressor should be run for a few minutes to remove any moisture that accumulated during use.
