Yes, I would be interested in any info you wish to share on how incontinence plays into aquablation.

I have a checkered history of urologist treatment, including 2 TURP and a UroLift implant. I understand that the TURP takes out one of the 2 sphincter muscles in our urinary tract (which creates retrograde ejaculation). I’m not sure if the aquablation temporarily interfered with the one remaining intact sphincter. Not sure.
Good luck with what you decide to do. BTW, almost no pain after the aquablation procedure, my only complication was a blocked Foley catheter.

Here is a clip on aquablation and its risk of causing incontinence. There is less than a 1 percent chance. They map sensitive areas such as the bladder neck. The procedure may have caused irritations that could continue to improve. Good luck!
“… Clinical studies demonstrate a high success rate in preserving ejaculatory function and urinary continence.
While most men recover without issue, some may experience mild, temporary discomfort like burning during urination for a couple of weeks.
In rare cases, there might be damage to the urinary sphincter or nearby nerves, potentially leading to temporary or permanent incontinence.
However, the overall rate of incontinence after Aquablation is very low, typically less than 1% in clinical trials. “
