Yes, I would be interested in any info you wish to share on how incontinence plays into aquablation.
I have a checkered history of urologist treatment, including 2 TURP and a UroLift implant. I understand that the TURP takes out one of the 2 sphincter muscles in our urinary tract (which creates retrograde ejaculation). I’m not sure if the aquablation temporarily interfered with the one remaining intact sphincter. Not sure.
Good luck with what you decide to do. BTW, almost no pain after the aquablation procedure, my only complication was a blocked Foley catheter.
