Nubeqa does not pass the blood brain barrier so it doesn’t cause the brain fog like Xtandi.

I would imagine you are on an ADT drug. A common problem with ADT drugs, over time, is they cause brain fog. Are you on Lupron, Eligard or Orgovyx or something like that?

1 shot of lupron every 6 months

And 40 mg Xtandi right now. I had started with 80mg
I change to the new one on August 1.
