Nasal Congestion: What helps, especially at night?

I was taking generic Flonase for over 15 years and finally stopped as I did not see any benefit. I had a blood test for allergy. ENT wants to do a turbinate reduction. I finally sort of demanded they do some kind of imaging and they called for a CT scan. I will see one of the ENT docs in a week or so. Doctors don't seem to listen to the patient these days.

Never had a blood test from a ent
Been going to him
32 yrs
Just cannot figure out why I pay high insurance
Hx mid ear
Absus by tonsils
Pharhgeal issues 3 solid yrs
Had all respiratory vaccines
Allergy throats also- burning
Been to ER
Threw up fr medications

How did you appointment with the ENT doctor go? What was suggested?
