Welcome @twolfie, I was on 5 mg Eliquis twice a day following a DVT in my right leg calf followed by a POE in the lungs which put my in the hospital overnight after a day in the emergency room. I'm still on 2.5 mg Eliquis twice a day which I will probably need to take the rest of my life but I was at 5 mg twice daily for about six months. I never had any pain except for the initial pain in my calf caused by the DVT and then some chest pain later caused by the POE but once I was treated in the hospital with IVs overnight I haven't had any more pain.

Have you talked with your doctor about the pain and the leg cramps?
