Looking for a decent portable nebulizer

This is expensive but it sounds like it is worth it? To work so quickly, there must be a steady stream of mist to inhale vs the AeroEclipse that has the option for intermittent or a breath activated stream of mist - which reasonably takes longer.

My question is whether the steady stream or breath activated stream is better, besides the obvious time it takes to do it? I’ve done both and it feels like I inhale all of the saline mist with the AeroEclipse on the breath activated setting and that I lose a lot of that mist with a constant flow.

I’d love to cut down the time that it takes to but not sure which is better for optimal airway clearance. Any comments?

It’s a trade-off and an opportunity cost. It depends on whether you can live with leaving behind some saline. Some are complete purists and could not live with that. I like to get the job done as quickly as possible, clear and move on with my day. Some saline loss is ok with me. I've had the eFlow/eRapid for a couple of years now and I find it efficient and reliable and quiet. I would be hard pressed to return to the current compressor type machines.
