Looking for a decent portable nebulizer

My income is extra low this year due to being so sick for so long in the spring and then adjusting to my condition and all the time I spend nebbing saline now. HOWEVER after reading this I just ordered the Pari eFlow/eRapid system from Nebology, which with the "20OFF" code and being on sale came to $719 total. I would not drop this $ on anything else, but I spend so much of my day nebbing saline, and my compressors are so loud, I jumped on this.

If it cuts my nebbing time by at least one third, that's an hour every 3 days. 120 hours a year. So I reclaimed 5 days per year for $720! $6 per hour. Seems worth it.
