Fat grafting or Botox to relief pain & tightness after treatment?

I'm from the Boston area and suffering from neck fibrosis. No one I consult with has ever heard of botox/fat grafting as a treatment for the fibrosis pain (most never even heard of fibrosis from radiation). I've been to PCP, neurologist, Physical therapist, oncologist at Boston Medical Center, South Shore Hospital Pain Management. I don't know how to find a provider with the knowledge. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Steve ... just like you I have never heard of or aware that botox or steroid injections helps with severe neck fibrosis (diagnosed in 2020, and have been living and adapting to speech impairments and swallowing issues - and turning my lifestyle 'upside-down' - where I tend to isolate myself due to 'slurring' and having to cough out/spit out food when stuck in my throat).
Managed to get an appt with Late Effects of Radiation Clinic in PMCC, Toronto - hope to get more info on this Botox procedure.
