To Steveny.., I had a score of 138 at 42 and at 62 I had a score of 2418z. I think I could have done better over that 20 years, but you need to enjoy life..

Get your lp a tested..,… get your rest, eat better and reduce your stress… try not to overthink the score.. it’s a warning… not necessarily a heart attach ready to happen.. I understand the concern.. but I hear more stories of people living into their 80’s with high CAC scores.. stay positive!
