I have bone on bone arthritis in both knees and have taken 2 kinds of hyaluronic acid tablets (One collagen and one collagen and boron and frankincense) for 12 years.

Went years without no pain.
Now just have knee pain sometimes during the night and when I wake up which goes away when up.

See if you can get a referral for some gentle one-on-one PT to get those leg muscles working better.

Leg muscles are important for balance and walking.

Thank you. I am 84 with bone on bone both knees but only one hurts. I’m scheduled for the first of three weekly hyaluronic acid injections this coming week. Are oral pills as or more effective?
I also take daily collagen.
