To add to my previous comment, I have started my sinus medication from my naturopath doctor. It is -AMPHOTERICIN/BUDESONIDE/TOBRAMYCIN - in capsules that I open and dissolve in distilled water in a neti pot. I then rinse it through both nostrils. twice a day. No change yet but hopeful.
