I bought this one: https://shopshowerclear.com/. It was $139. It opens up so it can dry completely after each use.
This is their motto: "ShowerClear was invented for one purpose. To be the only shower head commercially available which will stay completely free of dangerous mold and bacteria."

This does not filter! It looks like all it does is open up so you can clean what builds up. You need a filter. I may be wrong but that is what I thought I saw.
