Look for Esther Gokhale's book, Eight Steps to a Pain Free Back. It's on Amazon, cheap. Her "glidewalking" technique worked wonders for me. Hope you find relief.
Go to Amazon. Esther Gokhale's book is called 8 Steps to a Pain Free Back. If the first chapter makes you think she's nuts, don't give up. Try it. Her techniques worked a miracle for me.
