I am debating the same issue and, at 63, the early word is - up to you, you are right on the edge age wise. My health is very good, active person, family history of no cancer. Gleason 7 (3+4) with cribriform and PNI - in 2 tumors. 2 other tumors Gleason 6.

Did you have PNI or Cribriform? Cribriform is tough to eliminate.
