Must have been a shock to see those numbers. What does your doctor suggest? Call 911 if you have any chest pain, shortness of breath, nausea, sweating…Sending you healing vibes and hugs.

Vania:

have a pending appt. with my doctor to go over this.
i have no chest pains or nausea. I walk and exercise every day but noticed a shortness of breath when walking up inclines that i never had before.
