Only 3 percent preceded by albuterol neb
I have started doing all together along with my oscillating vest through the aerobika
So I get more time extracting mucus
My pulmo reduced my AC to once a day because I was getting very exhausted, particularly using the aerobic to the point where extract most of the mucus
If I do it for too long, I don’t have enough energy to do a good fast walk/workout

How do you know that you have cleared all mucus

I fully understand. I am so exhausted by the time I finish albuterol and 7% saline with vest followed by flutter valve, autogenic drainage and then positional drainage I feel like laying down. Takes over an hour. At bedtime I do nebulizer, flutter valve, autogenic drainage and head to bed thankfully.
