Can prostate cancer ever go into remission?

I’m a little puzzled by your explanation of what’s going on.

If a biopsy shows, you have a Gleason 4+3 I can’t understand why they would put you on active surveillance (you say waiting). Aren’t they planning on doing something soon?

Have They found the cancer spread to the Seminal vesicles? You appear to be saying that. That makes the cancer more aggressive so you don’t want to wait around.

I don’t know if anybody here is capable of analyzing a PSMA Pet scan.

Have they talked to you about surgery versus radiation?

I would agree with Jeff. While we can share our own experiences and offer some general suggestions, no one here is qualified to read and interpret scans. If you have access to your medical chart online (e.g. via Epic's MyChart or a similar service), then there will also be a text write-up containing the radiologist's interpretation of the scan. That would be the best thing to look at.
