Hi, it sounds like you are doing pretty well, doing the diet, etc…I’m sorry I don’t know about the long term, like 2 years…but I do know that a good diet and regular exercise are both very important…for me, hydration has been a challenge, since my new digestive system is very thirsty- so I always gave water with me…I had to do everything very gradually, with patience…your body will tell you a lot if you listen…I hope this helps and wish you the very best !
