I bought an all-metal showerhead and boil it periodically.
There are lots of different ones on Amazon. I chose HammerHead Showers® ALL METAL 2 Inch High Pressure Shower Head.
It works great.

Thanks! Those look like good shower heads and I think I read somewhere that the hand held ones are better than the mounted ones - not sure why but maybe less steam? Or you can direct them so lowers the risk of inhaling so much vapour/steam?
