I have been on Evenity for 4 and 1/2 months. About two weeks after the third shot, I started having increased pain in my right leg. I do have some stenosis on that side--where the nerve exits my spinal column, but it seems possible that the pain and weakness in my right leg may be exacerbated by the Evenity. I have tried discussing this with my doctors, but I am not satisfied with their responses. I will be getting a steroid shot on Monday and will see if this helps. If the pain returns after my next Evenity shot, I will attribute it to the drug and consider taking another osteoporosis medication. I am hoping that I will be able to continue taking Evenity since it does seem to be working as it should--building bone.
