I have an overactive bladder. I am under the care of a Urogynecologist. I’ve had several tests to check bladder retention and emptying. I’m take a Myrbetric tablet every day. I’ve also had a procedure using a bulk filler which has been very successful in my case. The bulk filler may have to be redone in 5-7 years but it has been worth it. It was a same day surgery for me.

What constitutes an "overactive" bladder, please?

I have just been prescribed Myrbetric for overactive bladder.
Have you had any of the side effects - high blood pressure etc.
The last 6 mos I have had severe recurring UTIs but urogynecologist at first wanted me to take for 90 days a low doses of antibiotics but after the last negative culture didn’t think it’s necessary.
I do take 2-3 times a week the vaginal estrogen cream and have not had any problems.
Any advice on recurring UTIs?

@babe2004 I’m looking for additional information about a procedure you mentioned using a ?bulk filler.
