I don't see what almond milk does, unless it was calcium-fortified, in which case it doesn't have to be almond milk. Personally, I prefer regular milk, since a fortified drink is no different than taking a calcium supplement.

Good point. Thanks. I prefer Almond Milk, but I do eat cottage cheese (Good Culture brand - a step above anything else commercially available). Maybe I'll experiment with drinking 1 cup of regular milk in place of 1 cup of Almond Milk.
