Music can be a mood changer and sharing a lyric might bring a laugh, a great memory, or just wax nostalgic!

Pick a line or two from your favorite new or old song!
I’m humming already . . .

Let the river rock you like a cradle. Climb to the treetops child if you're able. Let our hands tie a knot across the table.

I have so many ... music is my passion

We do our best
We stay in step
As time goes marching by
But there's something wrong
We don't start living
Until we almost die

Artist - Green Day
Song - Good Riddance (aka Time of Your Life)
Another turning point, a fork stuck in the road
Time grabs you by the wrist, directs you where to go
So make the best of this test, and don't ask why
It's not a question, but a lesson learned in time
It's something unpredictable
But in the end, it's right
I hope you had the time of your life…

I was in Newport RI a few years ago and after a long walk saw a park with many benches. I decided it was a good place to take break before proceeding. It was a memory bench and on the plaque, the words to that song were written in honor of someone's beloved. Great songs by CS&N.

Remember what we've said and done and felt about each other
Oh, babe have mercy
Don't let the past remind us of what we are not now
I am not dreaming

I am yours, you are mine, you are what you are
You make it hard

They say, someday you will find all who love are blind

HELP! I need somebody,
HELP! Not just anybody, HELP!
You know I need someone, HELP!
when I was younger, so much younger than today,
I never needed anybody’s help in anyway
Now those days are gone…

Knights in white satin, never reaching the end,
Letters I’ve written, never meaning to send…
