Thank you for your response. I do drink a lot of water most days. I’ll have to look into the Celtic salt. I did buy Kardia mobile recently just to document episodes for my cardiologist. Then he put me on a heart monitor for 9 days and it showed I was in afib 30% of the time with up to 150 bpm although typically not over 125. My resting BPM is low 50s. I’ll be meeting with the EP next. We’ll see what he has to say about some of my unique risks.
