No, for me it doesn’t. Neither did Gabapentin.
I need strong painkillers like Opioids if I want relief. All the doctors are very hesitent to rx any of these. It’s frustrating.

Gabapentin did nothing for my neuropathy. However it gave me a horrible hangover
