Homemarcy! Are you taking LDN for fatigue? Brain fog? Lack of energy? Neuropathy? Poor balance? Etc. Did your doctor prescribe LDN generally for LC, or because you had fatigue or some other symptoms in particular?

Hi Stuart,

This is what Dr. Grach at Mayo Rochester wrote about LDN in my notes:

"We discussed low-dose naltrexone (LDN), which we often use for fatigue, pain, and symptoms of dysautonomia in conditions such as fibromyalgia, ME/CFS, POTS, and autoimmune conditions. I am not aware of vasoconstrictive properties that would preclude LDN and we actually find that it can be beneficial in post-infectious endothelial dysfunction."

I do have fatigue, PEM, dysautonomia including elevated body temperature, brain fog, and heart symptoms due to endothelial dysfunction (chest pain and pressure, shortness of breath, etc). I'm hoping the LDN will help with many of those . . . But I've been taking it for less than a week so far, so we'll see.
