Yes--way past. I'm 71 years old. I credit the letrozole for keeping the cancer at bay these past years. My entire breast cancer experience has been about accepting that often decisions aren't completely clear. I have a "committee"--my husband, daughter, and best friend--who help me decide what to do in terms of treatment. I try to stay flexible and re-evaluate when needed.
What are you currently thinking about in terms of decisions?

Right now I’m scheduled for lumpectomy next week- the surgeon has me day before the surgery getting a radioactive seed placed in area of cancer
radiation treatment I think few weeks after - then if all is good I’m done - I turned 70 Dec and the more I’m reading abt the hormone receptors I’m not sure I will head in that direction with radiation.
