Yes I choke on my own saliva and drinking. I swallow continually somtimes having trouble like my throat has tightened. It started ( I think) when I had voice changers and coughing. I have touble talking , went to a ENT and he looked at voice cords said they looked ok and said I had MTD = muscle tension around the larynx. Went to speech lady and she gave me great things to help but I feel its got worst. I think its a mind thing too, i get nervous to talk now. With so much salvia sometimes when I talk as well. Avoiding it if I can. I am 64 Lady.
