@harryboy7 Hi. I've had three compression fractures, multiple rib fractures and bone marrow edema which fractured bones in one ankle and foot. Two of the vertebral fractures were asymptomatic and discovered on CT when I woke up one night with the third which sent me to the ER. You have my sympathy as that was a very challenging time. I was in severe pain, frightened and completely overwhelmed. I rested a lot, and started PT when the pain got better. I was put on Fosamax by my PCP, then quickly transitioned to Evenity for one year, then Tymlos for one year and just started Reclast in May 2025. I've been lucky as I tolerated the meds well and had good gains.
Hang in there! It sounds like you have a good endocrinologist and Tymlos is an excellent start. Wishing you all the best moving forward!

Thank you so much. PT sounds like a good option when things hopefully heal. But I am so afraid my bones with break again even with the slightest movement. Did or do you feel that way?
