Why is boiling drinking water essential in MAC?

Anyone else able to comment on if MAC is in Icelandic Glacier mineral water posted by kathyjjb , I'd like to know please. Also, Is it in glass or plastic bottle please

Sorry, I confused it: It's "spring water" not "mineral". Last time I went to purchase a case, Natutal Growers (Vit Cootage) was out, so I purchased "Eternal"-Naturally Alkaline Spring Water.
I think mineral water is added minerals and not sure about NTM.
I get the 1.5 L botteles and there plastic. There is another Sprin water that's in glass bottles but the glass is not returnable. I do buy that one also, but it's more expensive. Since I have the UF filter, I drink that when at home.
