Isn't 8,9, & 10 very capable of spread. I am at 9 and lymph node metastasis. Maybe it would be a good idea to have a PET scan from time to time.

My docs plan on an annual PSMA PET scan, and MRI as well. I am Stage 4, Gleason 9, but I am in remission thanks to being quickly put on ADT dual therapy right at the beginning and then radiation. Highly mutated cancers are much more dangerous and frequent scans are an important part if treatment. I am 72 and plan to be around for a long time. My cancer had spread to one lymph node and both sides of my pelvis, but all of those areas are cancer free now.
