Your L3 is at a -4 and your L4 is a -5? Ok, I’m in similar shape my L1 and L2 being i the -4 plus range. I’m interested in your journey how you found this surgeon. Were you on Prolia or any other bone building drugs? What type of surgery will you have?

Hi, my operation was a fusion between my L3 and L4. As well as my L4 and L5. Both discs were ground down.
You can go to Youtube and search for TLIF which is the initials for the operation itself. It shows a full demonstration of exactly what goes on.
