I have read his book and it provided a great deal of information. As for supplements - my husband who had cancer gets a lot of his vitamins from Dr. Fuhrman - Drfuhrman.com... At any rate, I started taking his Osteo Biotech bone supplement. It has Vit. D3, Calcium,Magnesium and Vit. K2. It is Vegan, Gluten Free and Non-GMO. We shall see! I think it is a good choice for me though.. Although somewhat pricey but we are worth it!!! Gotta fix this....

I like to take things separately, but I certainly understand the convenience of everything in one pill. Also, I stopped taking calcium months ago. I get it mostly from dairy and some from fortified food. So, I have D3 pills, and I have K2 pills, but no calcium pills.

Thanks for all the input. I am going to give K McCormicks Osteo Sustain a try. I did like Thornes advanced bone support, but had to add vitamin K. Hoping it’s helping. I looked at the Osteo Biotech and didn’t see vitamin K included. Did you say it was @trishafay
