You want calcium citrate, and it always comes with D in it, If you take it three times a day it’s enough, if you take it two times a day you probably want to take 1000 milligrams of D.
Costco sells it and it includes magnesium.
I found out about calcium citrate because my medical insurance includes a Pharmacist calling me twice a year and going over all of my medication’s and recommending what I should take. She was real clear that I should be taking citrate not the other versions.
