My experience after 7 weeks on ADT is very similar and I believe that my diet, daily exercise and D and B supplements have greatly contributed managing side effects. It’s early on but I’m optimistic about minimizing side effects.

I’m not sure they told you about this, but you really need to start taking calcium too. In your next blood test, try to get calcium checked. Your bone strength is really affected by the ADT drug so adding calcium helps keep the bones stronger,

My oncologist is the one that told me I should be on it and in fact, I’m taking it three times a day because you can’t take more than 500 mg at a time, Anything more just gets thrown away. I had low calcium until I did this for a while.
