Is it PMR or muscle soreness from overuse

pain became debilitating. eventually I could barely get out of bed. It took quite an effort to just get around. I finally diagnosed myself thru an AI search.

I am doing a lot of research as well. We must advocate for ourselves. Thank you for the insights.
