Pain at night while taking Anastrazole

I am in my 4th month of taking Anastrozole, last night was the worse I’ve had. My whole body ached, as soon as I got up my aches were mostly gone. Any one experienced this. Most mornings I am fine.

I had really bad joint pain with the anastrazole. I tried two different flavors of acupuncture to no relief!! My Oncologist prescribed gabapentin 300 mg capsule. Commonly known as: NEURONTIN. It made all the difference in the world!! Most of my pain is gone. I can sleep thru the night and have started walking (6-15 miles) and I feel so much better!!!

It’s worth a try! Give it a few days to kick in. Good luck and tits up!

Yes , for me it seems that while I’m not moving my joints started to ached. Yoga is helping a lot with joint pain . I’m going to complete one year of treatment in September and exercising in general has helped a lot.
