I have dull pain in same area, and docs can't figure out what is causing it. Have you found out cause since your posting from June of 2024?

This might be a stretch but was wondering if your dull ache could be diverticulosis?
That can cause a dull pain ( usually on left I think but also can be on right) and it can come and . Just a thought
